CHICAGO — Police are looking for a man they said filmed a video up a woman’s dress in the South Loop.

At 9:15 a.m. Sept. 10, the woman was inside a grocery store in the 1300 block of South Canal street when she noticed a man using his cellphone to record up her dress, according to a Chicago Police community alert. Jewel is the only major grocery store in that block.

The man was described as 18-25 years old, black and 5-foot-11 to 6-foot 2, police said. He had dreadlocks, brown hair and wore a red hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored jeans.

Anyone with information about the incident was asked to call police at 312-747-8380.

The incident happened last month, but police released images of the man on Tuesday:
