WEST LOOP — After a successful run last October, Saint Lou’s Assembly plans to host another Dogtoberfest this Saturday.
Exclusively for dogs — and their owners — the free fest, from 4-8 p.m. Saturday in the restaurant’s back patio, 664 W. Lake St., will offer a special menu for dogs, professional portraits by Andrew Glatt and costume and trick contests.
There will also be hot dog specials for humans, and “Instagrammable moments galore,” according to a post by organizers, who partnered with no-kill shelter One Tail at a Time.
So far, 81 people have RSVP’d on the event’s Facebook page and another 800 are interested in the party.
