CHICAGO — Two Uptown business were burglarized in two days.
The burglars forced their way into businesses through front doors or windows, then stole property from inside the buildings, according to a Chicago Police business alert.
The burglaries occurred:
• 7:04 a.m. Saturday in the 4900 block of North Broadway
• 1:40 a.m. Monday in the 1100 block of West Argyle Street
During the Monday burglary, witnesses saw two robbers and described one of them as a black man who was 25-45 years old, 6 feet tall and 170-200 pounds, police said. The other man was described as a 25- to 45-year-old black man who was 5-foot-9 to 6 feet tall and 170-200 pounds. They wore dark-colored clothing.
