DOWNTOWN — Alinea remains the best restaurant in Chicago, according to the newly released Michelin guide.
The Lincoln Park restaurant is the only eatery in the city to earn three of the guide’s highly coveted stars. This year’s guide, released on Wednesday, remains largely the same as it was last year, though West Town’s Temporis was added to the list with one star.
Several restaurants — Grace, Sixteen, GreenRiver and NAHA — were removed from the list because they closed. Grace had been the only other three-star restaurant in the city.
