CHICAGO — Police will be looking for drunken drivers on the South Side this weekend.
Chicago Police will patrol the Wentworth (2nd) District this weekend, looking for drivers who are drunken, impaired or speeding and people wearing their seatbelts incorrectly, according to a Chicago Police news release.
The patrol starts 7 p.m. Saturday and ends 3 a.m. Sunday.
Dr. Abdul Muhammad has been reassigned to a district network office. It was not immediately known why, but CPS officials said it was not related to reports of teachers taking students to vote at a nearby polling place.
