LITTLE VILLAGE — Police are warning residents after two recent robberies in Little Village.
In two separate incidents last week, a man approached victims and implied he had a weapon or showed a metal pipe or bat before taking items from the victims, police said in a community alert.
The robberies happened:
• in the 4100 block of West 31st Street at 10:16 p.m. Aug. 27
• in the 4000 block of West 31st Street at 10:55 p.m. Aug. 29
Police did not immediately provide a description of the man who approached victims.
