CHICAGO — A 20-year-old man was shot and wounded in a parking garage in Steeterville early Friday, police siad.
At 12:48 a.m., the man was on the fifth floor of a parking garage in the 200 block of East Illinois Street when someone shot him, police said. The man was hit in his abdomen.
The man was taken to Northwestern Hospital in critical condition.
A person of interest was in custody, police said.
