CHICAGO — A doggy fashion show is being held to benefit a Bucktown animal shelter.

The fashion show will feature stylish pups in fashions from Tails in the City, a pet boutique.

Attendees will also be able to meet pets who are up for adoption from One Tail at a Time, a no-kill animal shelter in Bucktown.  Enter a raffle to get a goodie bag and complimentary grooming for a pet, and get dog and human caricatures for free from an artist.

There will be snacks and drinks with options for dogs.

Proceeds from the event will go to One Tail at a Time, which has an adoption center at 2144 N. Wood St.

The event is 3-7 p.m. Aug. 21 at the Talbott Hotel and 20 East Restaurant, 20 E. Delaware St. The fashion show itself starts at 6 p.m. No tickets are necessary.
