CHICAGO — A woman was shot at an early morning party Tuesday in Woodlawn.
At 2:11 a.m., the 18-year-old woman was at a party in the 1300 block of East Marquette Road when there was a fight, police said. Someone took out a gun and fired shots.
The woman was shot in her stomach and she was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where her condition was not available but she was listed as “stable,” police said.
No one was in custody.
No further information was immediately available.
