WEST LOOP — Art fans looking to capture a captivating selfie will have their chance when one of the iconic Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama’s art installation’s opens in the West Loop next month.

Kusama’s immersive art experience “Let’s Survive Forever” will debut in the soon-to-open wndr museum, 1130 W. Monroe St., on Aug. 17. The art and science pop-up experience is a collaborative effort with more than 20 artists, designers and creatives from Chicago and around the world, a museum spokesperson said. 

For $32, guests will get to walk through the museum’s rooms, which include 10 never-before-seen art installations specifically commissioned for the museum.
