CHICAGO — A woman died after stabbing a man on a bus before being stabbed herself Monday night, police said.
At 7:30 p.m., the woman and man were on a bus in the first block of East 63rd Street when they got into an argument and the woman took out a knife and stabbed the man, police said. The man, 37, was wounded in the upper right side of his shoulder.
The man got off the bus and the woman followed him. The two struggled, and the man got control of the knife stabbed the woman, police said.
The woman was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. The man was taken to the same hospital in critical condition.
