HUMBOLDT PARK — The annual Puerto Rican People’s Parade is upon us.
The parade, now in its 40th year, kicks off at 2 p.m. Saturday at Division Street and Western Avenue. The parade will head west on Division until it hits Sacramento Avenue.
Like always, parade-goers can expect live music, art, entertainment, carnival rides and food — in addition to more than 75 floats.
This year’s parade will honor the Puerto Rican Agenda‘s efforts to rebuild Puerto Rico after devastating hurricanes, along with other leaders from the island.
Admission is free.
