AUSTIN — Police are looking for the driver of a silver Porsche SUV who killed a 93-year-old woman in a hit-and-run Thursday.
At 12:23 p.m. Thursday, the driver of a 2008 silver Porsche Cayenne ran a stop sign, drove into a bike lane to swerve around another car and hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk, sending her flying, police said.
The driver immediately took off, police said.
The 93-year-old woman died at the hospital from her injuries, police said.
The driver is still at large. Their car’s license plate number is CZ60617, police said.
